ENBO - Bodø airport and Bodø main air station
A beautiful airport and air force base situated next to Bodø city.
How to pronounce it? The Ø is the same sound as ‘i’ in ‘bird’ or the ‘u’ in Murphy.
This scenery should be considered work in progress, but it’s currently in a good and working state. I’m releasing this version and taking a small break. The terminal area on the civilian side is mostly finished. The military side and jet fighter shelters are still missing some textures.
If you hate all the red ground markings, I’ve uploaded an addon that reduces red ground line intensity in the whole sim (screenshots taken with this installed): https://flightsim.to/file/5380/red-painted-lines-fix
Version 0.6:
Known issues:
Like a German Ö.
(Or think of the French word “fleur” it is close)
Edit: the i in the english words “Bird” or “Sir” is close but not quite there.
Thanks for the link!
I was able to fly the Buccaneer in VR!
You just have to not look too closely at the external model.
Oh dear.
Should I open a MSFS Add-ons 2021 thread ya’ think?
Nice looking Altiport near Sion, Switzerland…

I got the “Kinetic Assistant” tool today and got some soaring done.
The winch works decently (still had some problems with my plane when I fiddled around with the settings, which caused the sim to tally it as a crash by overstressing the airframe. Grml.)
Haven’t tried the thermals yet, but the winch worked and got my DG808 to 1800ft AGL and I managed to use ridge lift to climb well above that after I lost some 600ft flying to the ridge. I circled around a bit and then made it back to the field for landing.
Didn’t feel too realistic yet, but it felt GOOD.
Excited for more soaring!
It really is amazing how many great freeware airports and airstrips are being pushed out.
Bush flying is where this sim shines right now IMHO.
So, maybe yes on the 2021 add-in’s thread, otherwise this one will become a monster.
It really helps that everyone has access to the SDK and 3D design layout from within the sim. I had a play around when it first came out and it’s really straightforward to make something (if I had any talent).
Asobo did pretty well there making all that open and accessible. It will be interesting if they do come up with their own ‘World Scenery Gateway’ within the sim then what will happen to all these sites and libraries. A sort of ‘Github for MSFS’ within the World Map might be pretty cool.

LGKR - Corfu International Airport “Ioannis Kapodistrias” (Κρατικός Αερολιμένας Κέρκυρας “Ιωάννης Καποδίστριας”) version 1.3.
The Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport, named after Ioannis Kapodistrias, a distinguished Corfiot diplomat and the first governor of Greece, is located around 2 kilometres south of Corfu Town, half a kilometre north of Pontikonisi.
The approach and landing, in a northeasterly direction, offer the flying passengers a spectacular aerial view of Pontikonisi and Vlaherna Monastery as well as the hills of Kanoni as the runway used for landing is actually a few hundred metres away from these landmarks.
Does anyone know how conflicting sceneries are handled in MSFS? For instance…if I bought Dzerwhiskyfoxtrot’s Chicago scenery for MSFS, but also had a 3rd party Meigs Field added…how does the sim determine which add-on package gets loaded?
It will use last read alphabetical order from the Community folder, so a priority example would be:
So if you have ‘Zebra’ installed, you would see that in the case that the above all use the exact same location. It depends on if the scenery overlays as an exclude or not, so hopefully things have a minimal footprint not to cover other things up.
That’s how I think it works anyway, so could of course be wrong.
Thanks…not sure if that is better or worse than the scenery.ini method that X-Plane uses (top to bottom scenery order). Scenery.ini has the been the source of many a failed attempt to add something over the years. Of course…with P3D and FSX you could often destroy your install and not have a good way to back out of it.
There is a ‘Contents.xml’ created, but it’s just the last alphabetical read of the contents of the Community folder, so you effectively just end up just deleting or renaming things in those folders anyway. It always ends up having to be a user decision anyway, so how it’s done is ok so far I think. It would have been nice if they allowed a more hierarchical approach, so you could split out scenery, liveries, airports etc, but there are some nice ‘soft link’ organizers that do that sort of thing already I think.
Would something like a package manager work? Here are some free managers. I haven’t tried any of them, so if someone is having a good experience with one or more, please comment. Still using OvGME. As always, use with caution.

I am using MSFS addons linker as mentioned above by @chipwich and I am happy with it.
The trouble starts when you have two sceneries which overlap but not entirely - like two sceneries with transmitters where each of them contains not only the same objects but also different objects.
I have been into this issue and the following works:
Tested this way and it works. The pivotal point here is the Exclude Rectangle. If it is not a part of the priority #1 scenery, bad luck. You would get duplicate & conflicting objects.
For your reference, this is the text I used for a scenery of industrial objects in the Czech Republic which I uploaded to flightsim.to
“This scenery contains ExcludeRectangle for chimneys and cooling towers. These ExcludeRectangles eliminate conflicts with similar objects originating from other sceneries. In order to work properly, it is important to make sure that in the Content.xml file (two levels above the Community folder) this scenery is lower than the confilicting scenery. In case the Content.xml is “messed up” and the exclude does not work, it is good to delete the Content.xml and let MSFS 2020 re-populate it. Then just repeat the procedure above.”

(I am not the author of the package, just helped here and there and also helped particularly with the ExcludeRectangles)
Thanks apollon01 for that info. I will try Addons Linker. Watching this video, it appears to be a great way to keep mods organized. Also good to know about how the content.xml file works. Question on that, if you find that you need to lower or raise an addons hierarchy in the file, is it merely a matter of renaming the mod folder name? It looks like some of them are very arbitrary in their naming convention.
Good to hear you like the Addons Linker
As for the content.xml… unfortunately I would not expect just renaming to do the trick. If you look into the content.xml file, it contains all kind of sceneries and mods ever installed and even those that are no longer in your community folder are labelled as active=“true” (actually, at least in my case, none has a “false” flag).
The file probably has some logic and purpose to it but for me it seems that its content would best be described by a nice french word “bordélique”
Anyway, my recommendation is: try to move the lines manually, and if it does not work, delete, let it re-build and move the lines again.
