At this point, I’ll buy the module just for the radar. That’s incredible.
Most impressive. RAZBAM has really upped their game. Their radar coder is knocking the ball out of the park.
It’s the little things.
The E will certainly have lots of immersion from early access, which will hopefully quell some of the complaints from naysayers we are accustomed to hearing from when they purchase early-release products. ![]()
Wow! The “feeling” of motion and speed in that video was impressive; independent of the pilot modeling and animation.
The more details I see/hear from Razbam about this module the more I’m reminded of how incredibly excited I was about playing/learning The Jane’s Product…It’s really starting to take me back to a Magical time when Flight Sims Were a High Quality Product on release day.
It may have been mentioned here already but, if not: “Steve” from 10-Percent True YT channel is giving away his 2003 book on the Strike Eagle! He wrote "Red Eagles (excellent book BTW) also. Not sure if it’s for the pre-release purchase or not. Was in one of his latest YT’s.
As I understand it, it’ll be included as a PDF in the documents folder of the module. I really wish there were a way to get it at the time of preorder!
I’ve got several of his books in hard copy; they are excellent.
Such a tease @Baltic_Dragon
It looks a lot further along than the F-16C was when it was released into EA. Pretty impressive!
I have a general aversion to pre-ordering software… But in this case I think I will make an exception.
Cant wait till the 17th, when it gets moved again… ![]()

In all fairness the 17th is news letter day, so…
Why keep moving the pre-order? ![]()
Is this about the book? Throwing another module up on ED’s site is never a big deal it seems, and as it’s just a preorder there’s no software that needs to be ready.
All I can think is the promised bundling of the Eagle book is causing wrinkles they’re working through, because while releases have been delayed ad nauseum before we’ve never had a preorder delay.
Could be any number of things, i reckon. My guess would be licensing issues.
