I’ll be tinkering with my RS2 server tonight and I’ll be on Mudspike’s TS Wednesday night for some action whether I get my own server working satisfactorily or not.

Hey! I was busy monitoring server resource usage! :slight_smile: Thanks for the help testing and nice shootin’ @Rhinosaurus. :angry:

The netcode in RS2 seems REALLY efficient … I guess they’ve learned over the years with Red Orchestra.

Based on resource usage I’m guessing I could easily host a 64 player server but I’d like to keep it a little more intimate at around 48 or even 32.

I’m really happy with the WebAdmin GUI web browser interface that they’ve provided as well. Literally anyone in the world with the password and a web browser can admin these servers. :+1:

Anyway, we’ll be on again Wednesday night (May 31 at 8 or 9pm EST) seeding the server if anyone’s interested in getting some Rising Storm 2 action on! If that doesn’t pan out then we could head to the other servers.

BTW, I’ll be leaving my server on until then for testing purposes … it’s called “YYZ Tactical”.

It just got a 5GB content update called “Bushranger” …

I personally just got sidetracked circa June 4th LOL, but it might be worth another look @ground-ops!
