I disagree with the languages one. Too much of eastern Germany is characterized as “almost normal”, even parts I know that definitely shouldn’t be.

That’s the SanRemo area and it’s because of this.
It’s a horrible, outdated, and disgraceful relic of the past.
But alas, Sanremo does seem to exist only in February.
