I only did the ‘basic demolition’ course when I was in but the rule of thumb was calculate how much you need, then double it

No. I was bemoaning the fact that all we have is the jet icon for a like instead of 3 to 5 smileys that other forums have to like a post.
I will surely survive the life altering disappointment of that shortcoming.
