Really, the ring in the video is on the correct finger but on the wrong hand. Even if it were that doesn’t necessarily mean anything anymore. A lot of single girls wear a wedding ring just to keep from being bothered.
I didn’t find anything about when I did a Google search of her either.

Depends on the tradition she was raised in.
In Germany and Russia for example it is normal to wear it on the right hand, while in the US it is worn mostly on the left hand.
