Where You Are Photos


Surprisingly good detail considering it was shot at ISO 1600 on a 10 year old camera. I usually keep it at or below ISO 800 with my camera but this turned out quite well with only minimal noise reduction.

My “backyard” at high tide this morning. OK the "yard"is really wetlands…very wetlands this morning.

EDIT: This is a normal-ish high tide. Some recent rains helped, but I’ve seen this level a few times in the year I have lived here. Nothing to do (yet) with the hurricane.

No, that Was the last leg back into Charlotte. We were shuttling people out of Jacksonville North Carolina all yesterday and this morning until 5 AM. We have suspended flights to the coast now.
