When the Chinook was announced I wrote of my disappointment that VR controls were imperfectly implemented. I hate leaving negative stuff hanging so let me update to say that they have corrected it in a beta version they shared with me. This is a helicopter you can walk up close to and never be disappointed by the detail.

iniSimulations A310-300. At the end of the trailer, iniSimulations stated that aircraft will be âComing July 2021â. The A310 will be a stand-alone product but previous A300 owners will be able to get the A310 for 35% off.
â⊠the A310 will incorporate CPDLC, this will allow pilots to get PDC (Pre Departure Clearance) for flights and not have to talk to ATC.â

Yes, i saw that before, and even from pics of fmc is looks like. The fear is more about devs behavior style were if they have the corage to deliver a gorgeous b737 but with default fmc, they could do something on this q4 under the hood that can be not as amazing as pics an⏠descriptions looks like.
I dunno man. That 737 and 727 are gorgeousâŠand werenât intended to be flown with FMCs at all. Green needles at worstâŠCIVA at best. Iâm excited for the higher fidelity Q400.

I also want a good q400 for xp11 its only the experience that dictates some kind of small step back. I know that you not like fsx/p3d, but nowadays we already have a fully perfect q400 for pc, the Majestic Q400 Pro edition.
I wasnât particularly impressed with their last XP Q400 release. I suppose being a former Q400 driver, I could nitpick about half of the cockpit being inop/wrong logic and yes, the FMS was default 
. But this appears to be more on par with a study level aircraft. 
Exactly, and because many of their choices in their older addons, make me caution on the new one. Its not a company that i blindly say: âtake my moneyâ wth only an announcement of a future addon.
Their boeings have great features but that things about fmc, and in q400 as you mentioned with many inop knobs, its like as if watching a modern starwar movie and sudently you see the jedi using a light saber from a chinese cheap toys shop. Not saying that all the rest is not amazing but that is a cold down and a punch in the face of the global experience. Its like having a PMDG 777 were not have the FMC, you cann stll fly the aircraft and all the rest is amazing, but that lack spoils all the experience.
The Boeings are made that way intentionally. Like⊠They were executed exactly as intended, and many consider them some of the best xplane aircraft out there.
The original q400 was one of their first releases for⊠Xp9? 10? Anyway. It was pre all the advances they made with the 732.
This new version they have indicated they want to be up to the quality of the 733 and then some. And that includes developing the FMC. My understanding is it doesnât just have a different look, itâs actually programmed and not just the default with a skin. I could be wrong but I think I read that.
Anyway if their product isnât what you personally like thatâs cool, but the quality is 100% there. The q400 legacy is an old product. Itâs not fair to judge it against the newer Boeing releases from fjs

Its usally that way in almost all addons 
Many times people claim as the best ever because they only like that specific aircraft and not tasted nothing more neither have more than 1 or 2 payware aircraft⊠That behavior happens in shooters, games, ⊠and sadly also in addons for flightsims
I canât say Iâve got a large stable of XP11 payware aircraft, about 7-8 I supposeâŠbut I have to jump in and say I love the Boeings.
I have most time in the 727 and to me it feels very well made. The feel of the aircraft is well made, the sounds really good, and the quirky old systems reproduced quite faithfully, certainly to a layman. I use the CIVA addon so the default FMS never bothered me, I guess.
But yeah - I have to say âlacking in qualityâ is not my experience with FJS.
